• Disability or medical conditions

When posting listings or communicating with others (e.g., searching for flatmates), ensure your language is respectful and welcoming.

Trust is built on honesty. We expect all information provided on Proptrik to be accurate and up-to-date.

• No Fake Listings: Posting dummy properties to attract leads on the Realty or Social portals is strictly forbidden.
• Accurate Photos: Images must genuinely represent the property. No misleading wide-angle shots or stock photos.
• Clear Pricing: All costs, including maintenance, brokerage, and deposits (for PGs, flatmates, and properties), must be stated clearly upfront.
• No Hidden Fees: Surprising potential buyers/renters with undisclosed fees at the last minute is a violation.

Your safety is our top priority. We ask all users to practice common sense and report suspicious behavior.

• Protect Your Information: Do not share sensitive financial information (passwords, OTPs, credit card numbers) through platform messages.
• Beware of Scams: Never wire money or send advance payments without verifying the property and the person first.
• Meet Safely: When meeting potential flatmates or viewing properties, do so in daylight and ideally take a friend or family member with you.
