• You have the right to use any images or content you upload

4.2 Listing Content

Property listings must not contain:

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Discriminatory language or content
• Inappropriate or offensive material
• Spam or promotional content unrelated to the property
• Contact information intended to bypass our platform

4.3 Listing Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms or our policies, without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or store personal data about other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

6. Transactions and Payments

Proptrik serves as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All negotiations, agreements, and payments are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

6.2 Subscription Plans

Some features require a paid subscription. Payment terms are specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.3 Refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proptrik and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
