Proptrik's Trust Score is a dynamic, AI-driven metric (typically scaled from 1 to 100) that gives you an immediate indication of the reliability of a property listing, a developer, a real estate agent, or a potential flatmate.
Our system continuously analyzes thousands of data points, ensuring that the Trust Score evolves as new information becomes available.
How It Works: The 4 Pillars of Trust
1. Identity Verification
We check phone numbers, email addresses, and govt IDs (like Aadhaar integration). Users and agents with verified identities receive an immediate boost to their base Trust Score.
2. Platform Activity & History
We analyze the longevity of an account, responsiveness to messages, and the historical success rate of property transactions or social interactions on our platform.
3. Legal & Regulatory Data (Realty)
For properties and developers on the Realty portal, we cross-reference data against RERA registries, court records (Project Forensics), and title clearness. Clean legal history results in a high Trust Score.
4. Community Feedback
Ratings, reviews, and reports from other verified users play a crucial role. Repeated complaints or flags will exponentially decrease a Trust Score to warn other users.
Understanding the Score
- 80 - 100 (Excellent): Highly verified user/property with a flawless history and excellent community feedback. Very safe to engage.
- 60 - 79 (Good): Verified identity with standard activity. Safe to engage, but standard due diligence is always recommended.
- 40 - 59 (Fair): Missing some verifications or new to the platform. Proceed with caution and verify details manually.
- Below 40 (Poor): Multiple flags, unverified identity, or poor feedback. We actively monitor and often suspend users in this tier.
Continuous Improvement
Our machine learning models are constantly updated to detect new patterns of fraud and ensure that the Trust Score remains an accurate reflection of reliability. If you believe your Trust Score is inaccurate, you can request a manual review.
